The long-term impacts of traumatic events are often profound and deep seated, and the path to professional help is often long and rocky. Whilst online therapy cannot entirely replace a face-to-face consultation, it offers a very effective alternative. And if the circumstances do not allow for a face-to-face consultation, we apply the mantra “better online trauma therapy than no trauma therapy at all”.

The EMDR and EMDP methods I use are gentle, targeted, and highly structured. Every single session does its utmost to turn post-traumatic stress into post-traumatic growth.
